I. Overview
The Digital Display Ceramic Tile Bending Tester (hereinafter referred to as the bending tester) employs a three-point bending beam test to reflect the mechanical properties of materials through measured flexural strength. It is primarily used to measure the bending strength of materials such as ceramic tiles and bricks, and is particularly suitable for testing the bending strength of large-format, high-strength ceramic tiles. It can also be used to determine the bending strength of brittle non-metallic material sheets such as marble slabs and glass panels. This machine complies with the requirements for testing equipment specified in GB/T 3810.4—2016 "Test Methods for Ceramic Tiles—Part 4: Determination of Modulus of Rupture and Breaking Strength" and the international standard ISO 10545-4:1995 "Ceramic Tiles—Part 4: Determination of Modulus of Rupture and Breaking Strength." With advantages such as ease of operation, smooth loading, high measurement accuracy, and intuitive readings, this machine is an advanced testing tool for studying material strength.

III. Structural Description
The bending tester consists of a main unit and a digital force measurement system.
The main unit includes a loading system (driven by a motor via synchronous belts and pulleys), base, worktable, support rollers, pressure roller, column, and sensor. Among the two support rollers, one can rotate around its own axis, while the other can swing slightly up and down around a pivot point; the upper pressure roller can also swing slightly up and down around a pivot point. The working surfaces of all rollers are wrapped with a 5mm thick hard rubber layer.
The digital force measurement system consists of a high-precision tension-compression sensor and a digital display controller. This system employs an electronic force measurement mechanism and displays test results digitally, featuring functions such as calibration, peak hold, and zero reset.
IV. Working Principle:
When ceramic tiles and other brittle materials undergo a three-point bending test, they fracture suddenly if the test force reaches or exceeds the specimen's limit value. Based on the maximum load F at the moment of fracture, the modulus of rupture of the tile can be calculated using the following formula.
